FIT (Functional, Inclusive, Transformative) Small Group Personal Coaching is an effective and inexpensive way to improve your fitness and wellness in a safe and fun environment!

Kayla creates and leads our small group FIT clients through safe and functional workouts that help them move more efficiently in their daily activities!

 

Outside of fitness, Kayla enjoys playing tennis, trying new recipes, and spending time with family.
