Online Registration: At the top of this page, click on “Register Now”. You’ll be taken to our online registration software. If you encounter any issues registering online, we offer 24 hour support at 1-877-513-8725.
ALL Past Participants of ANY program offered at St. Andrew's Parks and Playground or St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus will have profiles already in our system. If you have never registered online or do not remember your Username and/or Password, click Forgot Username/Password? and it will walk you through. If you need help, call 1-877-513-8725 for help 24/7.
Brand New Customers of St. Andrew's Parks and Playground and St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus will need to set up a new account for your family. You start this process by first creating an account for yourself (as the responsible person) and then add each person in your family.
To Find the Camps once you are signed in, Click on the Catalog circle at the top of the page. Our catalog will open up on the left side of the page, click on “Camps” and then “Summer Camps”. You can then choose to access our camp listing “By Camp” or “By Week”. Happy Shopping!
Waitlist Online – You are able to waitlist your child online once the camp is filled up. We highly encourage you to waitlist your child because spots do open up but recommend you register for a back up camp. We will contact you if a spot opens up.
In Person Registration: You can register in person at our administrative office located at 1095 Playground Road between the hours of 8:30 and 5:30, Monday – Friday or at St. Andrew’s Family Fitness Plus located at 1642 Sam Rittenburg Blvd.
We do not accept registrations over the phone.
FEE INFORMATION/SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS
There are two payment options for camp registration.
1. In full at time of registration
2. Payment Plan of 4 monthly installments. There will be a non – refundable $5 processing fee per camp session added to the first payment of the plan. Call us at 763 – 4360 for more information.
The Payment Plan will divide your camp fees into four equal payments. There is a $5 non-refundable fee per camp session that will be added to your first payment. The first payment is due at the time of registration. You can be drafted from your debit/credit card or from your checking account. Call us at 763-4360 for more information.
In person payments may be made by check, cash, or credit/debit card. Checks should be made out to “SAPP” or “St. Andrew’s Parks and Playground”.
Children enrolled in the program that are not in attendance and miss days during the camp due to illness or other reasons must still pay for the entire camp.
Participant’s accounts must be in good standing with payments or the child may be unable to attend.
Refund Policy – If we are notified at least one week from the start date of camp week, a full refund will be issued minus a $5.00 administrative fee.
Important Notes to Have the Best Summer!
- Please wear sneakers or closed toed shoes daily. Most of our camps are active camps!
- When registering, click “YES” to receive emails if you want to be updated weekly with important camp information! (Check your spam folder if you selected “yes” but aren’t seeing the emails.)
- Be sure to thoroughly read the Parent’s Welcome Letter after you register. It is filled with vital information for camps.
- It is going to be HOT and we’re going to be outside! Protect your camper by sending him with a hat, sunscreen, and a reusable water bottle.
- Label EVERYTHING!
Communication is Key!
Please be sure to let us know if your camper will need to picked up early, dropped off late, or will be absent.
Double check the location of your camp each week! St. Andrew’s hosts camps on Playground Road, St. Andrew’s Family Fitness Plus, Forest Lakes Community Building and Shadow moss Golf Course. Camps that are held at a location other than Playground Road are noted in the camp brochure and in the Parent’s Welcome Let
Covid-19 Health Precautions
Should you, your children, or another member of your household develop symptoms of COVID19 or come in close contact with a person diagnosed with or under monitoring for COVID-19,please contact
Prior to your children’s arrival each morning, all Teammates/children
will complete a wellness check. This will include a temperature check.
• Teammates will always wear a mask, except during designated break times
taken away from other staff and campers.
• Any Teammates who has a fever of 100.4 degrees or more and/or exhibits
symptoms of COVID-19 will be not be allowed to return to work per the CDC guidelines.
• As a guiding principle, staff will keep a six-foot distance from campers and fellow staff.
•Campers Must WEAR A MASK
