Tennis Court Reconstruction Project

 

St. Andrew's Parks and Playground Commission (a South Carolina Special Purpose District) is seeking responses from qualified vendors for the reconstruction of three courts at our tennis complex on Playground Road in the West Ashley area of Charleston. The scope of work includes demolition and removal of the three existing tennis courts. Pre-bid site visits will be available by appointment only at the tennis complex the week of June 16, 2025. Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 am ET on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Bids will be evaluated by staff at 1095 Playground Road on Thursday, April 28, 2022 at 12:00 pm ET. Proposals may be submitted in a plainly marked envelope addressed to St. Andrew's Parks and Playground Commission, 1095 Playground Road, Charleston, SC 29407, Attn: Tennis Court RFP Phase 1.  Electronic/digital/email submissions will be accepted for this RFP and can be emailed to RFP@standrewsparks.com by the bid deadline.
