St. Andrew's Parks and Playground Commission (a South Carolina Special Purpose District) is seeking responses from qualified vendors for the resurfacing of eight courts at our tennis complex on Playground Road in the West Ashley area of Charleston. The scope of work includes preparation and resurfacing of the eight tennis courts. A mandatory pre-bid question and answer conference is scheduled for September 25, 2025. Proposals must be submitted no later than 11:00 am ET on Friday, October 10, 2025. Bids will be evaluated by staff at 1095 Playground Road on October 13-16, 2025. Proposals may be submitted in a plainly marked envelope addressed to St. Andrew's Parks and Playground Commission, 1095 Playground Road, Charleston, SC 29407, Attn: Tennis Complex RFP Phase 1 Resurfacing.  Electronic/digital/email submissions will be accepted for this RFP and can be emailed to RFP@standrewsparks.com by the bid deadline.

 

Any proposal received after the time and date specified shall not be considered for award. St. Andrew's Parks and Playground Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals or to accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the Commission.
