Playground Road Tennis Complex
St. Andrew’s Parish Parks & Playground Commission is accepting proposals for improvements to the Tennis Complex located at 1095 Playground Road, Charleston, South Carolina.

Three separate Requests for Proposals have been issued:
Tennis Complex Site Work
Civil preparation, drainage, utility infrastructure, access improvements, and related site restoration.
Reconstruction of Courts 1 - 3
Demolition and full-depth reconstruction of Courts 1–3, including the court base and pavement or slab system, court-specific drainage, acrylic surfacing, playing lines, tennis equipment, and related work.
Resurfacing of Courts 4 - 11
Evaluation, preparation, repair, and resurfacing of Courts 4–11, including crack and low-spot repair, acrylic coatings, playing lines, and related tennis equipment work.

Mandatory Joint Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit: Monday, August 17, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. ET 1095 Playground Road, Charleston, SC 29407 An authorized representative of each bidder must attend the mandatory meeting for the bidder’s proposal to be considered responsive.

St. Andrew’s Parish Parks & Playground Commission reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities or irregularities when permitted, request clarification, negotiate scope or terms, accept or reject alternates, award one or more contracts in whole or in part, and select the proposal or proposals determined to be in the best interest of the Commission.
Posting a solicitation on this website does not obligate the Commission to make an award or reimburse any vendor for costs incurred in preparing or submitting a proposal.
