Elizabeth Simmons

Elizabeth helps people find equilibrium within their bodies; whether it is through improving strength, flexibility, stability, or mobility. Her certifications include: National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Training, Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher- 200, Senior Fitness Specialist, and Pilates Mat I & II. Outside of fitness, Elizabeth enjoys music, reading, antiquing, traveling, and cooking.

Kayla Miller

Kayla creates and leads clients through safe and functional workouts that help them move more efficiently in their daily activities. Her certifications include: American Council on Exercise Personal Trainer and Functional Training Specialist. Outside of fitness, Kayla enjoys playing tennis, trying new recipes, and spending time with family.

Kat Wojtasinski, MS

Kat's mission as a personal trainer is to inspire others to lead a sustainably healthy and nourished life. Her certifications include: Master of Science, Education, Applied Behavior; American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer; Fitness Nutrition Specialist; Herbalist Certificate, and; Yoga Alliance 200hr Register Yoga Teacher Training. Outside of fitness Kat enjoys being outdoors, long distance running, powerlifting, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and traveling.

Mary Claire Gioannetti

Mary inspires her clients to achieve the best version of themselves! Some of her certifications include: Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Weight Loss Specialist, Certified Massage Therapist, and Certified Yoga Instructor. Outside of fitness, Mary G. is also a massage therapist. When she isn't working she enjoys riding her motorcycle, traveling, cooking, and gardening.

Thomas Spigner

Thomas's inspires and motivates every individual that comes under his care to become their best self physically. His certifications include: World Instructor Training School Certified Personal Trainer, and B.S. in Health and Human Performance. Outside of fitness, Thomas enjoys gardening, traveling with his family, and caring for his dogs
