Learn the fundamentals of strength training and how you can apply them to Yoga, Pilates, and Barre!
Benefits of this workshop:

Class meets every Monday at 5:00 pm and Thursday at 5:30 pm beginning September 2nd until September 30th. Registration is just $5/per class, or $24 for the entire workshop series. Register online here.
