About the Event
Recovery Yoga serves to support, strengthen, and elevate women in recovery through the specific Yoga practice of Kundalini Yoga.
This form of yoga practice helps us peel back and heal from stored layers of fears, shame, and traumas. We use yoga sets, mantras, breathwork, and meditation to build our self-esteem, confidence, strength, resilience, and peace. Beginners are welcome. Open to for FREE anyone who identifies as a woman on a recovery journey. You do not have to be a member of SAFFP. Upon arrival at the facility, simply let our Front Desk know you are here for Recovery Yoga.
