About the Event

Learn the fundamentals of strength training and how you can apply them to Yoga, Pilates, and Barre!

Benefits of this workshop:

  • Develop strength in the arms and chest to stabilize your chaturanga
  • Squat and hip hinge to strengthen your legs and core, reinforcing your warrior stances and balances.
  • And so much more!

Class meets every Monday at 5:00 pm and Thursday at 5:30 pm beginning September 2nd until September 30th. Registration is just $5/per class, or $24 for the entire workshop series. Register online here.
