Alisa Morgan


Alisa began her yoga journey over 10 years ago as she learned to juggle motherhood and working full-time as a professional counselor. Now as an instructor, Alisa guides students in movement that focuses on optimal alignment and breath, while building strength, balance, and flexibility. Her certifications include: RYT-200 Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance, Stroller Barre, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Chair Yoga, and Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga. Outside of fitness, Alisa enjoys reading, playing board games, surfing, traveling, and going on outdoor family adventures!


Emily White

Women's Recovery Yoga

Emily started off as an enthusiastic yoga student and became the dedicated teacher she is today! Emily believes in sharing the practices that have helped her heal and elevate her own life with others. He certifications include: Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Yoga. Outside of fitness, Emily enjoys the beach, pursuing educational experiences for yoga, and spending plenty of time practicing with other teachers and mentors.

Jennifer Grove


Jennifer is here to help her students discover their best self through the yoga practice! Her certifications include: Yin Yoga, Mindful Educator, 200 RYT Yoga, and Trauma-Informed Yoga. Outside of fitness, Jennifer loves creating in the kitchen, exploring the great outdoors, hosting monthly ladies gatherings, and spending time with her spouse and pup.

Jody Ruff


Jody has been teaching fitness classes for over 40 years! She is passionate about providing a fun exercise environment that empowers people to want to improve their health and fitness level at any age! Her certifications/education include: MS. Health, Exercise and Sport Science; Certified Group Fitness Instructor; Certified Zumba Instructor - B1, B2, Toning and Gold; Certified Mat Pilates Instructor with PHI Pilates, and; Certified Health Coach with Dr. Sears Wellness Institute. Outside of fitness, Jody enjoys going to the beach, boating, playing golf, enjoying music, dancing, researching, and spending time with family and friends.

Kimberly Casey


Kimberly's mission as a cycle instructor is to create exciting fitness experiences through a fun, challenging and upbeat environment. Kimberly's certifications include: FITour Advanced Cycling Instructor and FITour Group Fitness.

Outside of fitness, Kimberly enjoys playing & competing in racquetball, playing pickleball, working out, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Kristie Johnson


Kristie joined SAFFP when her kids were just babies (they're adults now!). It was here that she found her second family. When SAFFP encouraged her to become a fitness instructor, she jumped at the chance and has been teaching ever since! Her certifications include: School of Sport and Exercise Group Fitness, TurboKick, and PiYo. Outside of fitness, Kristie is an avid gardener, supporting the butterfly population as much as she can!

Mark Jackson


Mark is passionate about instilling the love that he has for cycling in everyone, regardless of age, conditioning, motivation, or skill level and has done so for over 12 years! Some of his certifications include: Athletics and Fitness Association of America Group Fitness Instructor, American Council on Exercise Group Fitness Instructor, and Schwinn Indoor Cycling. Outside of fitness, Mark enjoys his own bike riding time and carpentry.

Mary Rakes

Barre, Pilates, Zumba

Mary was inspired by SAFFP's fitness instructors to become one herself and 20 years later, she's still teaching fun, challenging fitness classes in a supportive, inclusive environment. Her certifications include: National Exercise Trainers Association-Group Exercise Instructor, Senior Fitness, Barre Connect, Pilates, PiYo, TurboKick, Zumba Basic, Zumba Toning, Zumba Gold, Zumba Gold Toning, and Aqua Zumba. Outside of fitness, Mary enjoys kayaking, long walks, and traveling.

Melanie Warren


Melanie's goal is to provide a welcoming atmosphere for anyone wanting to improve their physical and mental health. Her certifications include: Zumba Fitness®, Aqua Zumba®, Zumba Gold®, Zumba® Kids & Kids Jr., Zumba® Step, Zumba® Toning, Strong Nation®, and AFAA Group Fitness. Outside of fitness, Melanie enjoys sewing, woodworking, and painting.

Rachel Ebaugh


Rachel's mission as a cycle instructor is to spread her love of fitness to as many people as possible! Her certifications include: FitTour Cycle and Personal Trainer. Outside of fitness, Rachel loves running (she has completed two full marathons and several half marathons), playing tennis, hanging out by the pool, and spending time with her family.

Randall Parker

Silver Strength

Randall, a Julliard graduate, has always been passionate about moving to music! After retiring from professional dance and instruction, Randall pursued aquatic group fitness and large group fitness instruction. Randall’s certifications include: WaterArt Aquatic Group Fitness and Silver Sneakers. Outside of fitness, Randall enjoys home renovations, gardening, and yoga.

Shigeko Carter

Tai Chi

Shigeko believes that Tai Chi is one of the best things you can do for your mind, body, and soul! Some of her certifications include: Tai Chi for Arthritis and Fall Prevention Form; Tai Chi for Rehabilitation; and, Push-Hands. Outside of fitness, Shigeko enjoys gardening, ballroom dancing, and painting.

Shay Callesen

Adult and Kid Tae Kwon Do

Shay believes strongly in providing high-quality instruction in traditional Tae Kwon Do while instilling the value of hard work and personal growth for both adults and children. He has been teaching for 17 years and practicing for 21. His certifications include a 5th Dan Black Belt with USA Tae Do Masters Association. Outside of fitness, Shay enjoys reading, traveling, watching movies, and baking.

Ursel Harmon


Ursel believes in the calmer aspects of the asana practice and enjoys working with people that have limitations. Her certifications include: Sports Yoga, Yoga Fit, Gentle & Chair Yoga, Kids Yoga, Prenatal Yoga; and, Cardiac and Cancer Certification Training. Outside of fitness, Ursel enjoys swimming, Qi Gong, nature, and knitting!
