In uncertain times, it is self-care and love that will empower you to grow as a stronger, more confident woman with a greater sense of control (even when everything feels like it’s falling apart).

This 6-week program isn't about being the best, most perfect version of you that you can be.
​
It's about finding you, owning you, and loving you just the way you are.
WHAT IS THE RESET. REVIVE. RENEW PROGRAM ALL ABOUT?
It is 6 weeks of rediscovering what physical and emotional self-care means to you through the power of strength training, gentle habit changing, and realistic goal setting. Each "R" focuses on a different piece of self-care and love.

RESET: An opportunity to rethink

Week 1 (September 14-18): How to set goals you can actually achieve.

Week 2 (September 21-25 ): Finding small habit changes that will set you up for success
​
REVIVE: A revival of positivity
​

Week 3 (September 28-October 2nd): All about breaking cycles of negative self-talk and behaviors with the roadmap created in weeks 1 and 2.

Week 4 (October 5-9): How do you do self-care? And, exploring how different forms of exercise and food makes your body and mind feel.

RENEW: A period of renewal

Week 5 (October 12-16): Learning resiliency strategies. How have you overcome setbacks in your life?

Week 6 (October 19-23): Learning how to celebrate the wins, no matter how big or small- practicing gratitude.
​
​
The program will include 2 weekly semi-private training sessions (2-3 women) that will last approximately one hour, access to a simple smart phone app that will be the "core" of the program, and plenty of weekly guidance and support.
​
