Within St. Andrew’s Personal Training Department, you will not find a “one-size-fits-all” fitness program. You have health and fitness goals that are unique and should be treated that way!
After your initial fitness orientation with our Fitness Director- you will have the option to begin training with one of our certified personal trainers.
Each trainer will take you through their own consultation and work with you to develop a program that is perfect for you, your time, and your budget!

Brian Baker: Specializes in strength, conditioning, cardio endurance for adults, seniors, and special populations (i.e. Parkinson’s disease, joint deformities, etc.)
Availability: Mon-Fri: Mornings and mid afternoons.
Carmen Williams: Specializes in strength, nutrition, and holistic well-being for adults and seniors
Availability: Mon.-Thurs: Mornings.
Kyle Sparrow: Specializes in strength training, sport conditioning, balance training, aqua PT, and MMA/HIIT/boot camp style circuits.
Availability: Mon.-Fri: Mornings and afternoons.
Lynn Holt: Specializes in strength, flexibility, endurance, and weight loss for adults and seniors
Availability: Mon., Wed., Fri. early afternoons and evenings.
Thomas Spigner: Specializes in strength, youth and adult sports conditioning.
