Fun Fitness Classes for Children and Teens
Strength Training - This comprehensive class involves dynamic flexibility, movement
preparation, strength and agility training with an emphasis on proper technique.
Tuesday and Thursday Ages 9-13 4 PM – 4:45 PM
Youth Kickboxing - This class is filled with fitness- focused punching and kicking combinations
that will help your child gain self-control and confidence while they get a great workout.
Wednesday Ages 6-8 5 PM – 5:45 PM
Tween Kickboxing - This class is filled with fitness- focused punching and kicking combinations
that will help your tween get fit and gain confidence while they have fun.
Wednesday Ages 9-12 5 PM – 5:45 PM
Weightlifting for Teens - A fitness program designed specifically for teens and taught by a high school coach. The class will focus on building and toning muscle using free weights and machines.
Tuesday and Thursday Ages 13-17 5:00 PM – 5:45 PM
Tumbling - Whether your child dreams of being a gymnast or a ninja this class will give them a chance to develop their tumbling skills.
Thursday Ages 5-7 5 PM – 5:45 PM Ages 8 – 10 6 PM – 6:45 PM

Members $35/Non-members $59
Sessions are 6 weeks long*
*No classes during Thanksgiving week
