FAQ's for SAFFP Group Fitness, Aquatic Group Fitness, and FIT Sessions

In January 2022, St. Andrew's Parks & Playground and St. Andrew's Family Fitness launched a new registration software. We are using this software for all of your registration needs, including RSVP's for all group fitness, aquatic group fitness, and FIT sessions.

Q. How do I register for classes and FIT sessions?

  1. Visit: standrewsparks.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn and sign in with your login credentials. If you do not know your login information, please visit our main FAQ area available on our webpage: standrewsparks.info/about-3-1

  2. Click on the desired registration section (examples of registration sections include: Adult Programs, Aquatics, Fitness, Tennis, Travel Soccer, Youth Programs, and Youth Sports)

  3. Scroll through the calendar, or apply filters to narrow down your class search by either filling in the information located on the left-hand side of your computer screen or by tapping the "filter" button located in the right hand side of your smartphone screen.

  4. Click “Register Now” once you find the class or FIT session you want to register for

  5. A new screen will appear: click “REGISTER NOW”

  6. A new screen will appear: ensure that you can see your name (or the name of the attendee you’re signing up) and that the box next to the name is checked. If you are registering from a smartphone you will have to scroll down.

  7. Click next

  8. A new screen will appear: It will look like a checkout screen. For members, all group fitness and aquatic group fitness classes are FREE and FIT sessions/classes are $10 For FIT members, all group fitness, aquatic group fitness, and FIT sessions/classes are FREE. If you are asked to pay for something but you have a membership and/or FIT pass DO NOT pay and let customer service know immediately. 

  9. Click next on the $0.00 amount and finish the registration process by clicking “Finish my Order”

Q. How do I register for classes and FIT sessions if I’m not a member?

  1. Create an account with us by answering the questions available on the PerfectMind registration website. Simply click “don’t have a login? Sign up!” to get started

  2. Once you enter all the questions, follow steps 2-8.

  3. During checkout, all group fitness and aquatic group fitness classes will be $3. FIT sessions and classes will be $10. 

  4. Click next on the correct payment amount and finish the registration process by clicking, “Finish my Order”.

Q. How do I withdraw from a class or FIT session?

  1. Visit: standrewsparks.perfectmind.com/SocialSite/MemberRegistration/MemberSignIn and sign in with your login credentials. If you do not know your login information, please visit our main FAQ area available on our webpage: standrewsparks.info/about-3-1

  2. Click “My Info”

  3. Click "Switch to List View" 

  4. Click on "'Actions" next to the class or session you want to cancel

  5. Click on "Withdraw"

  6. A message will pop up that you are about to withdraw- click "Withdraw" to confirm.

Q. What if I’m being asked to pay for a class or FIT session?

  1. For members, all group fitness and aquatic group fitness classes are FREE and FIT sessions/classes are $10 

  2. For FIT members, all group fitness, aquatic group fitness, and FIT sessions/classes are FREE. If you are asked to pay for something but you have a membership and/or FIT pass DO NOT pay and let customer service know immediately by emailing customerservice@standrewsfitness.com or calling 843-763-3850.

Q. Do I have to register ahead of time for classes and FIT sessions?

  1. Yes. All St. Andrew’s Family Fitness Plus group fitness, aquatic group fitness, and FIT sessions/classes require registration to attend

Q. Can I use my smartphone to register for classes and Fit sessions? 

  1. Yes! Just be sure to scroll if you are unable to immediately see everything that you typically see from a computer view.
