has launched a new registration software.
Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that will help you get started!

I had an account with St. Andrew's in the past, but don't know my username or password in the new system.
Your username is the email address that was associated with your old account. If you do not know which email address this is, please reach out to us at 843-763-4360.
Passwords from the old system have not been carried over to the new system, so a new one will need to be created before logging in the first time. Simply use the ‘forgot password’ link on the login page, and a new temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file within a few minutes. When you use the temporary password you will be prompted to replace it with a permanent password.

Do I need to have an account to search for programs or view facility availability?
No. You can still search programs and see facility availability by clicking here.
However, if you would like to register for a program or purchase a membership online, you will need to login to your account.

I want to register online but don't want to give my email address, what do I do?
To register online, you will need a login which means using an email address. This is where all correspondence will be sent (password reset emails, registration confirmations, receipts etc.).

One or more of my family members are not showing on my account. What do I do?
If your family members were assosciated with your account in the old system, please do not create additional people as we are trying to prevent duplicates. Please call us at 843-763-4360 and we will associate the other family member(s) to your account.

How can I create an online account?
If you have done business with St. Andrew's Parks & Playground / St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus prior to November 11th, 2021, you have an account. Please do not create an additional account.
If you do not have an account and/or this is your first time registering with St. Andrew's Parks & Playground / St. Andrew's Family Fitness Plus, simply click the “Signup” link on the top of the login page: standrewsparks.perfectmind.com

I don’t want to register online. Can I just register in person?
